A Complaint is defined as:
“Any written communication through which the user expresses concerns or grievances regarding the non‑conformity of services related to the use of motorway infrastructure with one or more requirements established by the applicable regulatory framework, or otherwise provided for in the Service Charter.”
The information and data collected, in full compliance with current privacy regulations, will be used solely to provide responses to your complaints and to carry out statistical analyses and assessments regarding service management and the quality of the services provided.
To submit a complaint, you must provide the following data, which are required to initiate the complaint management procedure:
- the user’s identifying details (name, surname, contact information) and, where applicable, those of any representative, in which case a letter of authorisation and a copy of the user’s identity document must be attached;
- identifying details of the journey undertaken (entry point with date and time band, exit point with date and time band, and the vehicle’s licence plate number);
- a copy of the toll payment receipt, or the identification number of the electronic tolling device used during the transit;
- a description of the service disruption encountered.
Channels for submitting Complaints
The User may submit their complaints to the Company through the following channels:
- Online form available in the dedicated section and on the homepage of the Concessionaire’s institutional website www.autostradealtoadriatico.it.
- By email to: reclamo@autostradealtoadriatico.it.
- By certified email (PEC) to: protocollo@pec.autostradealtoadriatico.it.
- By Registered Mail with Return Receipt to the following address:
“Società Autostrade Alto Adriatico S.p.A. Via Locchi 19 – 34123 – Trieste, indicating ‘Subject: Complaint’ on the envelope.””

Complaints relating to the motorway network under our responsibility will be handled:

- A23 Palmanova – Udine Sud
- A28 Portogruaro – Conegliano
- A34 Villesse – Gorizia
- A57 Mestre Bypass (managed section up to Terraglio)
