Transit Adjustment
In cases where a toll higher than the amount due has been paid, Autostrade Alto Adriatico—after verifying the accuracy of the documentation provided by the user—will refund the excess amount within 45 days of receiving the request.
Refunds
The Transport Regulatory Authority has issued resolution no. 211/2025, which introduces from 1 June 2026 the right for users to a refund of the motorway toll in case of disruptions due to the presence of non-emergency roadworks and in case of traffic blockage for more than 60 minutes on routes that fall entirely within sections managed by the same concessionaire.
