e i lavori in corso

There may be circumstances in which the toll cannot be paid, for example in the event of loss of the ticket or card, incorrect reading by automated equipment, lack of cash, or insufficient credit on the card, etc.

In such situations, if you are in an automatic lane, you must press the red assistance button and wait for the operator’s response.

If the issue cannot be resolved, a Toll Non-Payment Report (RMPP) will be issued. You must then verify the accuracy of the information provided, which is required for subsequent settlement.
The amount due may be paid, without any surcharge, within 15 days from the date of travel.

Payment may be made:

  • directly online via RMPP Web Payments, by entering the required data
  • at one of the Autostrade Alto Adriatico Customer Service Centres;
  • at one of the following toll stations and at lanes staffed by an operator: Trieste–Lisert, Redipuglia, Villesse, Palmanova, Udine Sud, S. Giorgio di Nogaro, Latisana, Portogruaro, S. Stino di Livenza, Cessalto, S. Donà di Piave, Meolo–Roncade, Venezia Est, Cordignano and Godega Sant’Urbano;
  • via postal payment slip

If the non-payment persists, enforced debt-recovery proceedings will be initiated, resulting in additional charges to be borne by the debtor (Art. 373 of the Regulations of the New Highway Code).

CUSTOMER WITHOUT A TICKET
If the Customer does not have the entry ticket because it was lost or not collected, the toll to be paid is, by law (Art. 176/16 of the Highway Code), calculated from the furthest entry station.

However, the customer may provide proof of the actual entry station and pay the corresponding toll.

Autostrade Alto Adriatico S.p.A., for non-payment reports issued exclusively on its own network, reserves the right to accept a self-declaration (pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000) indicating the entry toll station, and to carry out subsequent checks on the accuracy of the information provided.

The self-certification form, duly completed and signed, may be sent to Autostrade Alto Adriatico S.p.A. at the email address protocollo@autostradealtoadriatico.it.

Autostrade Alto Adriatico S.p.A. will inform the customer, after completing the necessary checks, of the recalculated toll amount based on the declared entry station, as well as the available payment methods.
