Refunds

The Transport Regulatory Authority has issued resolution no. 211/2025, which introduces from 1 June 2026 the right for users to a refund of the motorway toll in case of disruptions due to the presence of non-emergency roadworks and in case of traffic blockage for more than 60 minutes on routes that fall entirely within sections managed by the same concessionaire.

Attached is the "GUIDELINES FOR MOTORWAY TOLL REIMBURSEMENT" for the transitional period from 1 June 2026 to 30 November 2026, which explains how to request a refund
