Information channels 
Autostrade Alto Adriatico informs motorway users through a variety of communication channels.
The website www.infoviaggiando.it and the Infoviaggiando app provide real-time traffic updates, issue traffic forecasts during peak travel periods, and promptly report any situations on the network that may cause traffic disruptions (major roadworks, queues, accidents, adverse weather conditions). Alternative routes are also available on the website www.infoviaggiando.it should it become necessary to exit the motorway.
The Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/autostradealtoadriatico and the Instagram page https://www.instagram.com/autostradealtoadriatico/ provide updates on the Concessionaire’s main services, offer useful driving tips, and share the latest news on the progress of the A4 (Venice – Trieste) third lane works.
The LinkedIn page www.linkedin.com/company/autostrade-alto-adriatico provides in-depth information on the motorway operator’s management activities.
The most recent additions are the WhatsApp and Telegram channels, which allow users to check traffic conditions directly from their mobile phones and provide early updates on the planned schedule of roadworks.
Autostrade Alto Adriatico calls on all road users to adopt responsible behaviour—for their own safety and that of others—both when driving and during stops. The use of mobile phones while driving is strictly prohibited.
FREE CALL CENTER
Autostrade Alto Adriatico also provides a call centre, available at the toll-free number 800 99 60 99, which offers information on motorway traffic conditions, weather updates, toll rates and payment methods for the entire North-East area of the country. The service is operated by an agent every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., while from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. an automated response system is active.
RADIO CHANNELS
Traffic and road conditions information, especially during major events, is disseminated nationwide through radio and television bulletins prepared by the CCISS (Italian Road Safety Coordination Centre) and broadcast on RAI public service channels, in collaboration with Autostrade per l’Italia.
An agreement with a network of local radio and television broadcasters, which provide hourly updates on traffic conditions, offers an additional tool for sharing information and supporting travellers along the Autostrade Alto Adriatico network.

TELEMATIC INFOPOINTS
The digital Infopoints provide immediate information on the condition of the motorway network, displaying graphic updates on digital maps and allowing users to view the cameras installed along the network.
They are located at the Customer Assistance Centres (CACs): Service Area Gonars Nord on the A4; inside the Tiare Shopping Centre next to the Villesse motorway exit; inside the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet in Noventa di Piave near the San Donà di Piave toll station; in the Arrivals area of Trieste Airport; and inside the Palmanova Outlet.
Lastly, a large display is available at the Gonars Sud Service Area, showing traffic updates as well as targeted safety messages related to motorway driving.
