Transit Adjustment

In cases where a toll higher than the amount due has been paid, Autostrade Alto Adriatico—after verifying the accuracy of the documentation provided by the user—will refund the excess amount within 45 days of receiving the request.

To start the refund procedure, the required documentation must be sent to the Company either by post (Autostrade Alto Adriatico S.p.A., Via Vittorio Locchi 19, 34143 Trieste) or by e-mail to: protocollo@autostradealtoadriatico.it.
